Refund policy

We at Rang-de Decor pride ourselves on our quality of both products and service. Manufacturing defaults and wrong order delivery can happen based on a number of faults. But if such a case happens, we are willing to replace the product with the one you order, since it is our responsibility to give you exactly what you paid for.
All sales are final, and we don’t believe in refunds. Please carefully read the product descriptions, because all information is provided in excruciating details.

No refunds and returns are offered on any of our products, In case of a damaged product, we exchange the product ONLY if the Parcel opening video is provided by the customer within 24 hours after the delivery.(You are advised to please make 360 degree uncut (without cut, pause and clear sound) video while un-boxing the parcel. Without video we would not be able to replace your product. We only offer replacements in case the above condition is fulfilled.) Also Very microscopic defects that are not visible once THE PRODUCT IS installed will not be entertained .

No complaints will be entertained without Parcel opening video. 

REFUND:-

We are not providing any refunds, incase you cancel a prepaid order that has been dispatched then both the side shipping charges will deduct and the balance shall be issued as Gift Voucher/store credit (Valid for 3 months). Within 24 hours Coupon code/ store credit will be provided once we receive the return product. Incase goods are not dispatched, 5% cancellation charges apply and balance shall be issued as Gift Voucher/ store credit within 24 hours after the cancellation (coupon code/store credit Valid for 3 months).

Replacement or exchange will be considered only in cases where we have made an error, or if the product is damaged or has any manufacturing defect. Customers must share clear pictures and a video showing the damage or issue within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once we inspect the images, we will inform you whether the request meets our criteria for replacement or exchange. If approved, we may ask you to send the product back to our Fulfillment & Trading Office in India, if required by our team.

Or else we will arrange a return pickup so kindly keep the product ready and packed the same way as you had received it. After packaging kindly share a bubble wrap product pic and the box packed pic it is mandatory. And Will share one pdf you need to print out and stick on the box and remove old label. Pickup person came within 2 working days for return pickup. Before coming they will call you. Once the return product picked up will dispatch a new product a next working day.

This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping/overhead costs, if any.  (Shall be issued as Gift Voucher (Valid for 3 months).

Once the item is received at our fulfillment office, we will initiate your refund or exchange, whichever is agreed upon with you. All the decisions shall be taken on a case by case basis.

Purchase made from Clearance sale are not eligible for any kind of Return / exchange

What about the refundable amount?

We will issue a credit note which you can use within 3 months . Please note we don’t have bank refund policy.

How long will it take to process my replacement?

It usually takes 20-25 working days for you to receive a replacement product.

For fragile things:-

Sometime customer need to fix the mirror to the frame. we will send the mirror separately. 

For all customized orders:-
Certain types of items cannot be cancelled/refund, like custom products (such as special orders, Colour/size customized orders, or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

For Customized order you need to pay 50% as a booking amount and 50% as a cash on delivery/before dispatch. 

Incase of any cancelation of customized orders from buyer side, so the booking amount cannot be refundable.

For COD orders:- UPTO 7,000/-

For COD order confirmation you need to pay 500 Rs for each product via Google pay/ Paytm/ phonepe/ bank transfer and remaining amt will be COD.

For COD orders:- Above 7,000/-

25% advance payment at the time of booking and 75% Cash on delivery.

Incase of any cancelation of orders from buyers side after dispatch the order, buyers will have to to bear the shipping charges and remaining amount will be refunded.
